A Tired Dog is a Happy Dog!


HikeABull believes any opportunity to socialize and exercise our dogs in a positive, fun way is a benefit to all. We encourage all dogs and people to join us on our hikes. We make sure our hikes are a comfortable, welcoming environment for all, including, those dogs considered work in progress. This is made possible by the structure followed during our hikes.

It's firmly believed that it's the group as a whole makes HikeABull successful and special.

Pit Bull Advocates for compassion and Kindness


HikeABull is a proud supporter of the ‘Our Pack‘ pit bull rescue group located in South Bay area. Our Pack has touched a number of local HikeABull members, be it as attendees at a weekly drop-in training class or adopting dogs rescued by Our Pack.

However, Our Pack is more than just a dog rescue group; if you have time, take a look at the Our Pack web site (www.ourpack.org) where the emphasis is on education and promoting responsible dog ownership. Our Pack also works with local shelters to help as many dogs as possible get adopted. This comes in the form of training (for staff and volunteers) and socialization for the current residents. On a regular basis (at various locations across the Bay Area) Our Pack holds a ‘Pit Bull 101’ class. This class covers topics for new owners & those considering the breed, it also attempts to dispel some of the myths.
